Biography

Tycho knows firsthand that entering the gym, whether it’s for the first time or getting back into it can be an intimidating feeling. In high school Tycho felt self-conscious about being skinny and would feel out of place and discouraged in the gym. However, after consistently showing up and getting past the initial anxiety, he has since fallen in love with the process of working out and the invigorating results it has had.

 

After finding out the power of resistance training for himself, Tycho dedicated himself to learning how to best help others wherever they are in their fitness journey. Tycho helps clients get stronger and more comfortable with functional movement patterns which can lead to fat loss, increased muscle, and less pain. Tycho treats his client’s goals like they’re his own and makes highly personalized plans that he can’t wait to help guide his clients through.

 

Using his friendly motivation, positive attitude, and passion for fitness, Tycho helps lead his clients to have the physical freedom to live their life to the fullest. Tycho was varsity captain for basketball and tennis at Ballard high school, and in his free time enjoys playing board games like Catan, rooting on the Seahawks and Lakers, or going on hikes with family and friends.
