Biography

Sophie is passionate about helping others live vibrant, active lives through a holistic approach that combines exercise, nutrition, sleep, emotional well-being, and supplementation. Her love for fitness began when she used resistance training to treat a pinched nerve seven years ago. She started circus training (silks, rope and straps) four years ago, and she is in the best shape of her life. Now, she’s dedicated to sharing that experience with her clients.

Sophie’s training philosophy includes a dynamic mix of resistance training, stability, cardio, plyo, HIIT, flexibility and mobility exercises tailored to enhance body composition and improve metabolic health. She believes that fitness should be fun and built into everyday life.

With her warm, encouraging personality, Sophie meets you where you are and works with you step by step to help you move better, feel better, and look better. Outside of training, she loves hiking, climbing and skiing. If you’re ready to take the next step in your fitness journey, Sophie is here to guide and inspire you every step of the way.
