Jack offers a diverse background of training in many different disciplines from all walks of life. Certified as a personal trainer through NFPT and an athletic and strength coach through Westside barbell, Jack’s versatility as a trainer has allowed him to train clients ranging from professional hockey players and bodybuilders to individuals as young as 6 and as seasoned as 91 years old.

Understanding that each individual has their own unique aspirations and challenges for their lives, Jack has an undying passion to deliver personalization to each client’s training programs. To accompany his fitness expertise Jack delivers not only changes in the gym, but helps create sustainable lifestyle changes that reach far beyond the walls of Olympic Athletic Club.
