Hayden is passionate about helping people of all experience levels find, develop, and enjoy their physical strength at any stage of life. Growing up playing Soccer, Hockey, Baseball, & Football, but excelling at none, Hayden found his home in the weight room 15 years ago, and has been there ever since. After a variety of careers and over a decade of dedicated strength & hypertrophy training, Hayden decided to make fitness a part of his professional life, and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at the beginning of 2025.
As a firm believer that it is never a bad time to get stronger, Hayden enjoys training individuals from all walks of life. From youth athletes beginning their strength journey, experienced lifters focused on maximizing strength & muscle mass, seniors looking to improve balance and mobility, and those simply seeking a healthy and active lifestyle, Hayden helps individuals discover what strength means in their lives, and maximize their potential.
While serious about training, Hayden doesn’t take himself or the small stuff in life too seriously, and creates a fun and welcoming environment in the gym, with training focused on enhancing his clients’ ability to do the things they love.
