Biography

Dance has been a significant part of my life since the age of 4, teaching me dedication
and the importance of routine. However, everything changed after experiencing two
traumatic car accidents and numerous injuries from dancing. Overcoming these
challenges taught me about my body and led me to discover the transformative power
of strength training and movement, inspiring me to help others achieve their own
healing and goals.

 

My approach is centered on restoring functional movement patterns, focusing on injury
recovery and prevention to foster a balanced, pain-free life. I incorporate Pilates-based
movements, strength training, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to protect joints
and deliver effective results through personalized programs that enhance the mind-body
connection.

 

My goal is to empower you to take control of your well-being, enabling you to fully enjoy
life without pain or limitations while developing a workout routine that suits your
lifestyle and goals!
