Hold Policy:

Members may place their membership on hold by paying the hold fee which is currently $20 per month plus tax (per adult). While the membership is on hold, members will not have access to reserve swim lanes or group fitness classes. However, they can access the facilities without reactivating the membership by paying the daily guest fee.

Hold requests can be made by submitting a written request via certified mail or by completing the electronic request form below. Hold requests must be submitted before the start of the month in which the hold will begin and the official hold start date must be the first day of a month. Hold requests are required to last for a minimum of 1 month. All members on the membership are required to be on hold. Retroactive hold requests are not permitted.

Month-to-Month Membership Holds:

Members on a month-to-month membership type may place their account on hold for a maximum of 3 months during any 12-month period. After a minimum 1 month, members may end the hold on their membership at any time and resume paying active dues by submitting a written request via certified mail or by completing the electronic reactivation form on this page.

12-Month Membership Holds:

Members who have a 12-month contracted membership may place their membership on hold for a maximum of 3 months during the contracted term. Holds for 12-month memberships must be for precise periods of time – either exactly 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months. Hold requests can only go into effect on the first day of the month and only end on the last day of a month. Upon reactivation, month billing will resume and the 12-month contracted term will be extended by the number of months that the membership was on hold.
