"Health and fitness have always been major priorities throughout my entire life. After years of competitive sports, I began realizing how much posture and proper lifting techniques were essential for every type of goal. My approach to personal training is based off of education. Educating my clients through the proper phases of training: stabilization, strength and power, ensures exercise becomes a lifestyle change were the benefits are noticed in everyday life right away. I love training, and am very adamant about my clients reaching their goals, whatever they may be."

Whether that is making sure you are eating right or motivating you to get that final 20 minutes of cardio training, I am there for you-all the way!

I have worked in the fitness industry for more than a 1/3 of my life and I can tell you one thing that is for sure: 'People who want to achieve their goals will do so when they have the right guidance, instruction, and put in the work.' Whether it's 100 lbs or 15 lbs, we will put together the right plan to make that goal a reality."

“While overcoming my own battles in a quest for optimal health, I have been relentless in my research and filed work to uncover the hidden truths in an industry full of misinformation and bold face lies. I find it of utmost importance to educate people of what it is to truly live a healthy happy lifestyle. I believe one must have a deep desire to change for the better, physically mentally, and emotionally. You must understand where it is you want to go and steps necessary to get you there. Not everything in life is easy and if it were life would be pretty boring. There is a huge difference between knowing and doing and that difference is accountability.
I am certain that with right mind-set a fair amount of positive hard work anything you wish to achieve is possible.”

Paige Dumler
NASM Certified Personal Trainer

My passion for healthy living sprouted from my own personal battles with nutrition and exercise. After an injury I incurred through running, I once and for all discovered the importance of form and function, and that proper nutrition is crucial to reaching any goal.

Building a strong and stable base to condition and strength train from is key no matter your goals. I believe that a step up approach through stabilization, strength and power yield the best, and most long lasting results. The benefits of physical health are immeasurable- mentally, emotionally and financially.

“Living an active healthy lifestyle has always been an important personal goal. In my 30’s, life as a full-time mom provided the greatest challenges to that healthy lifestyle with significant weight gain and indications that I was pre-diabetic. Fortunately my 40’s have been transformational. Not only have I learned to pay more attention, once again, to the needs of my body and mind but I have discovered a passion to work with others to improve their quality of life through personal training and group fitness instruction.

My focus as a personal trainer is to develop a balanced program that is fun, flexible and goal oriented. Whether you need greater balance and stability, a structured post-rehab program or need to make positive lifestyle changes, I would love to help you reach your goals!”

I am truly passionate about healthy living, fitness, and nutrition. I began researching fitness in college after becoming aware of the negative effects unhealthy eating and exercise habits have on mental and physical performance. Through Zumba and NASM I have spent the last 5 years building my knowledge and passion. I strive to meet each person where they are and challenge them to learn and grow. Utilizing resistance training techniques and proper nutrition patterns, I will help you reach your body shape goals. It is my goal to help you reach your goals through motivation, challenge, and accountability. Exercise is not just for physical appearance,as it can change your entire outlook on life.

I have 13 years experience as a personal trainer. My training programs are designed with a focus on balance; for the creation of muscle memory, flexibility; to facilitate proper movement, core strength; to prevent injuries and to improve balance. I develop training programs using functional and practical strength exercises. The idea behind this is that by concentrating on functional and practical strength the body learns how to best move and use its energy in all planes of motion, and in the activities of daily life. Balance and Flexibility are key components of my model, gaining muscle and loosing weight happen while increasing the body’s maximum potential through stretching and strengthening exercises. Most importantly I believe that training should be fun and that workouts don’t have to be a difficult task we have to do.
